Ingredients
- 6-7 chicken wings (500 g)
- 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 30 g butter + olive oil
Instruction
- Cut 6-7 chicken wings (500 g) and pour 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- stir, and leave for 1-2 minutes
- Mix 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 2 teaspoons of honey
- Rinse well with water
- Heat the pan, add 30 g butter + olive oil
- Fry for 1-2 minutes on both sides
