  • 6-7 chicken wings (500 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 30 g butter + olive oil


  1. Cut 6-7 chicken wings (500 g) and pour 2 tablespoons of baking soda
  2. stir, and leave for 1-2 minutes
  3. Mix 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 2 teaspoons of honey
  4. Rinse well with water
  5. Heat the pan, add 30 g butter + olive oil
  6. Fry for 1-2 minutes on both sides
  7. Pour the sauce
  8. Simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes
  9. Basil
  10. Good Appetite!
