I Learned This Tasty Pork Secret from Mexican Chef, and Now I Cook It the Only Way

My whole family loves this meat! Delicious pork recipe. I met him on vacation in Mexico. A chef from Mexico shared this pork recipe. The secret is in the marinade. Now I cook meat this way for my family. This is a great pork recipe. You will love this delicious and easy recipe. My family was happy when we tried this recipe for the first time. I have never eaten such a delicious dinner. Few people cook pork like this. This is one way to make a delicious dinner. My grandparents loved the taste. Delicious. The recipe is simple, but the result is insanely delicious. Cooking for family and guests. Cook with love! Pork turns out juicy, soft and very tasty! The preparation is very easy! Ingredients

  • Pork 1 kg.
  • 4 potatoes
  • salt 2 tsp.
  • Black ground pepper 0.5 tsp.
  • Paprika 0.5 tsp.
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
  • Onion 2 pcs.
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp.
  • ketchup 1 tbsp.
  • honey 1 tsp.
  • French mustard 1 tsp.
  • red cabbage 300g
  • 1 shallot head.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.

Preparation

  1. I cut into pieces (1 cm thick).
  2. I cover the meat with cling film and use a kitchen mallet to knock off both sides. That’s how thick the meat has to be.
  3. Salt and pepper on both sides to taste.
  4. Cut 4 potatoes into slices.
  5. Mix well salt 1 tsp. Black ground pepper 0.5 tsp. Paprika 0.5 tsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
  6. I cut the onion into rings.
  7. Put potatoes, meat, onions, bacon alternately on skewers.
  8. I gradually add all the ingredients.
  9. I placed damp parchment paper on top of the foil.
  10. I spread the meat on foil and seal it tightly.
  11. I place it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 60 minutes.
  12. Mix well soy sauce 2 tbsp. l. ketchup 1 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. French mustard 1 tsp.
  13. I grease the meat with sauce.
  14. I put the meat in the oven for another 15-20 minutes (until golden brown).
  15. Cut red cabbage 300g into thin strips.
  16. Mix well salt 2 tsp. 1 shallot head. 1 cucumber. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  17. I take the meat out of the oven.
  18. Everything is ready! Bon appetit!
