Mille-Feuille of Smoked Salmon with Lemon Mascarpone

Forget dry sandwiches and tired crackers. Today, we’re elevating lunchtime with an elegant yet easy-to-assemble dish: a mille-feuille of smoked salmon with lemon mascarpone. With readily available ingredients and minimal fuss, you can create a showstopper that’s as impressive as it is delicious.

Ingredients (for 4 persons)

  • 1 plate of Norwegian smoked salmon 160 g
  • 250 g of Mascarpone
  • 1 lemon
  • Chive
  • Salt pepper

Instruction

  1. Prepare a cream made from mascarpone, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and finely chopped chives.
  2. Mix everything.
  3. Take a slice of salmon, cover with the mixture (about 1 cm), cover again with a slice of salmon, and repeat the operation 3 times.
  4. Wrap and store in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes so that it hardens. Slice immediately.
