I’m always looking for new and healthy ways to lose weight, and I recently came across a recipe that sounded too good to be true: apples and red dates for weight loss. The recipe promised that I could lose 5kg in just 7 days, and I was skeptical, but I figured it was worth a try.

To my surprise, the recipe worked! I lost 3kg in the first week and 2kg in the second week. I was so excited about the results that I had to share the recipe with all of you.

Apple and Red Date Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 8 red dates
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 800ml of water
  • 2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple and red dates thoroughly.
  2. Cut the apple into thin slices and the red dates in half.
  3. Cut the ginger into thin slices.
  4. Place the apple, red dates, and ginger in a pot.
  5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  8. Stir in the rice vinegar and honey.
  9. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • You can drink this recipe hot or cold.
  • If you don’t like the taste of ginger, you can leave it out.
  • You can add other fruits to this recipe, such as berries or pears.
  • Be sure to use organic ingredients whenever possible.
